Shipping Policy

We ship all products (including personalized products) via our courier partners within 10-12 business days. (Monday – Friday) (Covid Delays apply)

Custom duty and relevant taxes and handling is paid by the customer at the time of delivery (if applicable).

India Delivery Times for Standard (Free) Shipping: 15- 20 days

International Delivery Times: 20  days DHL (International customers be aware that customs may hold your package for a longer period of time)

We ship to most locations around the world. If while placing an order the option is not available for your country email us at social@codesustain.in.

For orders exceeding a total of 15 kgs of shipping weight please write to us at social@codesustain.in and we might be able to help you with alternative shipping options - which can lower down the overall cost of shipping.

In some cases taxes will be due when you package arrives. These rates vary depending on the total cost of the order and the location it’s being delivered. Please consult your government website for a duty, tax, or VAT estimate.
