We are a small family owned business that firmly believes in ensuring a circular economy and fairly paid artisans and farming communities in our green supply chain.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, unless its a made to order or custom product. For cash and credit refunds, return shipping costs are deducted at actuals. Any issues beyond 7 days, we will work with you on a case to case basis for damages and defects only. 

Custom orders are not eligible for refunds, as applicable for products with customizations or bulk custom orders.

Keep the manufacturer packaging and invoices in case of an exchange or return need so that we can ensure a smooth experience for you.

How to Return

Email us at social@codesustain.in and we will respond you within two business days. Refund store credits, if applicable, will be issued to the original customer account used for purchase. Codesustain is at its liberty to deduct initial shipping fees and return shipping costs, on a case-to-case basis.

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. At a maximum in genuine cases, shipping costs will be deducted and store credits issued.
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use or being washed.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personalized products, yoga products e-gift cards and downloadable products are non-returnable. If the return is approved, you will need to ship the product back to the origin shipping address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. After processing your request a store credit or refund minus the return shipping costs will be issued to your customer account. Refund credits typically take around 5-7 working days from the time you receive an email notification informing about the same. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refunds.

All our shipments are covered under transit insurance.

Personalized Items

Personalized items cannot be refunded unless defective or damaged during shipping.

Exchanges
